Leaving my confidential parcels at the neighbour

I do not understand why Ram is called \hand-to-hand"when they do not live up to that. In several occasions my parcels where left at my neighbour's place without even notifying me about this. My parcels are very confidential and I feel that this confidentiality is put at stake. The parcel has got the client contact numbers on and if it happens that they do not find anyone in the house the best is to call and ask what they should do with the parcel. This thing of leaving our parcels wherever they feel like is realy not acceptable because if our parcels get lost or opened"
