Lazy Driver

Drivers calls at 13h13 to ask if I’m in town, the delivery address is 12 km from the city centre by the way, I tell him no I am at work but the person who the package is for is waiting at my address for delivery, fine I think he is on his way to deliver, I receive a mail at 16h03 telling me they are unable to to deliver because I am not home and at work, I call back the driver and guess what? Phone goes straight to voicemail, call centre was not much of a help either telling me I must wait for a call to rearrange delivery, driver probably didn’t want to drive the extra 12 km to deliver my package cause he might have more important things to do, so disappointed as this was a gift that needed to be delivered today
