lazy, ***********, dishonest

Yesterday morning, I got an sms that my package was out for delivery, so I got permission to work from home to receive it. In the late afternoon the tracking changes to "failed to deliver", but I didn't receive any call. I immediately phoned RAM, and stayed polite as the woman on the other end looked for any excuse as to why the package was not delivered (At first it was because "you live in a complex", then it was that the address was wrong, which it wasn't, it just had an extra line). I told her the driver had just changed the status, so to please let him know I was infact home and waiting, and she refused, saying that the waybill is wrong. After explaining that I had taken the day to work from home because of their notifiction, and that I will not be able to do that again, she promised it will be delivered to my workplace. Then she says that their systems say that Fores**** in Cape Town doesn't exist - which is really ridiculous, so after a few minutes she takes down my office address and promises it will be delivered the next day (today). I asked her if she will let me know if there are any issues, and she said yes. I'm looking at the tracking right now, and can see it's not even out for delivery, and the delivery address is still the home address. At this rate, they will mess around until the package spoils and I'm so irritated at how useless they've been at every step. I told her
