Lazy and Entitled Drivers

15/11/2023 I received a call from the delivery driver, telling me that he doesn't deliver to my area, I need to meet him at a central location to pick up. I told him it wasn't possible since I am at work, they can deliver my parcel to me after 3pm. I called into the call centre and arranged for this. Friday 17/11/2023 THE SAME DRIVER tells me to drive to the mall or send someone to come pick up my parcel!!! I work hybrid so I was home the whole day, I explained to the driver that he must come to my house, I cannot stop working because of a parcel, same way he expects people to respect his job, he needs to respect others!!! I called into the call centre to escalate the issue and nothing was done about this!!!
