Late Delivery - False promises

As I am leaving on holiday for 5 weeks and needed the cellphone from Vodacom I queried the delivery time with RAM pretoria office at 9:00 on the 8th Des. I was guaranteed the delivery would take place today as I am leaving for holiday tomorrow. I then made 6 other calls through the day to find out where the driver was and each time assured he would definitely still come. At 18:00 the RAM head office agent said she had logged another request that they contact me. When I look on the RAM tracking system it now shows"Unsuccesfull delivery, unavailable contact". That is absolute nonsense, nobody phoned me and nobody was at my house. Because RAM cannot meet its Service Level Agreement and deliver they blame it on the client not being available!!! And now they say there is no way of picking it up in a Saturday morning.
