Late delivery and terrible customer service

Ordered a phone online from Vodacom, who use Ram to deliver their products. We were promised on Wednesday (19/08/2020) that the phone would arrive on Friday...on Thursday we were promised it would arrive on Friday...now it's Friday and they are saying it will only arrive next week?? How on earth is this considered "overnight express"??? Will NEVER use this courier out of choice.
