Late Delivery

Honestly what exactly is Ram doing? I’ve read some reviews online and they seem to be simply pathetic.

I received my text message this morning at 10am saying that my package will be delivered between 9am - 5pm at my business address. I waited till 6pm and nothing was delivered.

I called their call center at 4:55pm asking where the driver is. Tyrone answered and I was told he was enroute but they cannot see where he is. He said he will escalate to his operations department and verified my contact details. I was promised a call by his operations department however nothing ever came.

I called again saying that there is no way to speak to a manager as all managers in JNB has left. I asked for a number in CPT and was met with a response that I won’t get hold of CPT branch. I was told that they will send an email to CPT but I never received any feedback.

I’ve left the office for the day very annoyed with this service and not knowing when my package will arrive. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a courier company. There has been no urgency or apology after speaking to three different customer service agents. The least I would’ve expected was that RAM would give me a ring saying that delivery was not going to happen as the driver was running late.
