Late Deliver Poor customer service support

I am not happy at All! Firstly your customer service agent has so much attitude and you can tell it through the tone of her voice. No Apology for a late delivery which is something that YOU messed up. No update to inform me of the mess up that you did. First time using you and definitely the last time. I am working in a customer centric environment even if a customer is irate the least you can do is apologise. Disgusting service!
