LATE COLLECTION

I have been waiting for collection to be done on the 13/07/2015 which never happened, when i called this morning, i spoke to a very rude agent by the name of Rose, who was not willing to help at all, when i asked her the reason why collection was not done , she told me she doesnt know she will get someone to call me back.<br> <br> how do you employ such people in a customer care environment??? when we call we as customers we expect to be helped by proffessionals not some rude people who doesnt even know what they are doing!!!
