LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE RAM COURRIERS

This is the Second time in a Row that i have to Write a Bad Review. and this time it would be the last time i will ever use Ram for anything.

Booked a collection for a next day delivery on the 9th of September. the driver only collected at the end of the day on the 10th of September. today is the 11th of September the package is still in JHB and not even on the way to the destination hub yet. So much for using next day delivery.

For everyone reading this, do not waste your time, these guys are slow to Pick Up, they simple do not offer any kind of support, they have non educated people answering phones that does not help you, and Ram does not care about urgent deliveries even when it is marked as such. they are the worst courier company SA has to offer
