LACK OF SERVICE
I am very disappointed by the level of service by one of RAM staff member by the name of CHILOANE, TSHEGOFATSO MAXWELL, he was assigned to come and collect a parcel from my house , but he decided not to collect the parcel and instead made a note that I have cancelled the collection. I have also called RAM on numerous occasions explaining that no one has contacted me and I have never cancelled any collection and I always get the same response that they will send a mail to the person that was suppose to do the collection to come and collect it but up to now I still have the parcel no one came to collect it.
The service at RAM is disappointing and unprofessional.

Please re-book the collection with Vodacom again as the collection is from the beginning of June already.
