LACK OF SERVICE

1 star is one too many. I live on a small holding, and even with directions and landmarks, RAM still cannot deliver my packages. I can name at least 3 other courier companies that have no such issue. I have called on multiple days to follow up on a package that was due to be delivered on 25 November, giving them directions and landmarks, and asking to be called to verify my address. The consultants are helpful and full of promises, but to date I have not received my package and no calls to verify my address. I even made arrangements to have it delivered to my work address, but still NO PACKAGE, AND NO CALLS. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that I have had this issue with RAM. The first package was eventually delivered to my work address after many weeks.
