lack of customer service

i phoned Ram today to to follow up on our two order we sent via Ram. i spoke to a lady by the name of Milly whom i asked to help me with two things( status of our recent shipment we sent via Ram and a POD). i could not hear her while she was speaking so i asked her to speak a little bit louder that's when she started to be mean and started answering questions with an attitude. she manage to assist me with the first request but when i asked about the POD she hanged up. i had to call again to get someone to assist me with the pod. can you please preach customer service to your employees as this is not acceptable, worse we just started now using Ram and this is what we get? guess we should go back to using Dawn Wing.
