Lack of communication by RAM - (deliveries)

My order was returned because the proof of address was old, funny enough, 3 days before on my other delivery, it was not required. Cool, I get that it had to be 3 months old and less. The the driver promised that he will deliver it on Saturday when I have the POA (had no electricity and network was giving us problems and could not have one on my phone).

Called the driver Saturday morning, to my dismay, he advised he is not working and will ask his colleague to deliver my parcel, Lord behold, parcel did not get delivered, called the call center and was advised that they do not do deliveries on Saturday. Mind you, Friday evening same call center, I was advised they will deliver it for me on Saturday.

Monday morning, get a call back SMS (OMG), called the driver back who advises that he will deliver my parcel late evening as he has too many deliveries. Bear in mind, I also have Monday's SMS advising that the delivery is on it's way. Come Monday evening, dololo. Tracked my delivery, lord behold, it has been returned, reason, Area unsafe due to strike. A call would have been nice to advise me of that, seeing that I was not aware of any riots.

Come Tuesday (10.05.2022) another SMS informing me that my delivery is on it's way, guess what, it is still Wednesday and have not received my parcel.

Unfortunately, there is no Zero star, so gave them 1 star for communication.
