Lack of communication and lies

I’m so so disappointed. First thing first they don’t communicate and lies too much. Waited for my parcel the whole day on Friday then around 4 to 5 I track my parcel and it said unsuccessful delivery we didn’t find her at home and we couldn’t find her on the phone.. my phone was on the whole day and I was waiting why I they lying.. when you call they don’t pick up and finishing my airtime for mahala
