*** company..... Rather deliver a parcel yourself!!!!!

Useless company. I've been home the whole day only to have no courier arrive. I track my parcel online and it says..... Undelivered - client advised RAM not to attempt delivery????? I'VE BEEN HOME THE WHOLE DAY!!!!!!!!! I tried calling, only to be on hold for 30minutes... Useless company, they should not be in business!!!!!!
