K*** Driver goes past street without trying delivery to mark system as so called non-delivery

I am going to lodhe a civil financial loss claim against RAM for non delivery by driver that is causing us financial loss.

I have a signed Affidavit and all legal documents to sign for K*** at our residentual property.

Your driver as we sat in vehicle outside of house just drive past the street witjout even turning in to just mark the system as Non-Delivery.

All arrangements were made with your Headoffice and we have the emails to confirm numerous matters around this delivery.
