MESSAGE WAS SENT TO SAY MY PERCEL WILL BE DELIVED ,PHONED CALL CENTER SPOKE TO RANDI ,SHE SAID SHE DOESNT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING OR ANY STORY. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE HER SURNAME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME RAM GIVES BAD SERVICE
