Just badly terrible service
Terrible service. Called me before and I told them to leave parcel with security at the front gate, instead they took my parcel back with them and I'm still waiting for an order that was handed to them on Monday. It's now Friday and they are telling me they will deliver Monday the following week. Most terrible *********** couriers

The order was made on the 23rd we tried to deliver on the 24th in the morning you were not available to receive it, stock from dischem can be sensitive stuff like medication and for security reason's cannot be left with anyone especially at the security because should anything happen it will still come back to the company as it is our responsibility to deliver, we will monitor and see where the couriers are during the day and contact you back.
