Job Well Done

I want to thank Fiaaz (hope correct spelling) in the call centre. I was not having a good time having a parcel delivered. Held for ages to speak to a supervisor and my call kept being dropped. I phoned back spoke to him and he was able to get the right people to speak to each other to get my parcel delivered. Thank you for the assistance and for helping me. I really appreciate it. Also to the people he got to help him.
