I’ve been waiting for my packages since last Friday and everyday when I check in they advise that it will come the next day or mention that the delivery address has been changed yet that has been resolved with FNB and they telephonically. Multiple calls but still no product. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one knows when my delivery will happen and their what’s app agent Raheed is just as bad. No one can give us a definite date and time
