Ivan is AWESOME

This is not a positive for the company as a whole but rather the individual whom delivered my parcel today the 14th of May 2024. He is a sparkling person, with the most patients I have ever encountered. You should value this employee as he is an asset to your company and really does belong in a more senior position.
