It's like RAMing your head against a wall!!

Pathetic service from Ram. In future I will avoid any online companies that use RAM for delivery. Today is the 4th day that order INFD01-***7 has been allocated as "Out for delivery" and now 12 days since I placed my order with the online company - just wondering how damaged my package is traveling each day in the truck. Call centre is useless as they drop my calls, and the online chat just hangs....Come On RAM get it together!!
