Item stuck at hub

I ordered an item online from Bash on the 24th of November 2023 and I later realised that it was to be delivered by Ram, I had initially set my work address as the delivery address but because I was working night shift on the week that the parcel would be delivered I changed the delivery address to my home address.

There was a failed delivery to my workplace since they came during the day and I was not around, I then called the ensure that the change in address was loaded on my new delivery address, my order has been stuck at the hub for 3days now no movement each time I call I’m made to hold long on calls and the feedback from the agents is that they’ve escalated to the warehouse but still my order is stuck, I asked if I could collect since they can’t deliver but still was denied. I really need this product and Ram doesn’t seem to know how to deliver this item….I’ve spent over R200 on airtime trying to resolve this but with no luck….this is completely unprofessional.
