Item not delivered

I was supposed to receive a parcel on Friday 29th of October, a tfg order unfortunately I didn't get it but my delivery status changed to delivered and I didn't even receive a call from the delivery guy that my order is on its way, I contacted the tfg company they said the order was signed off to Nathi and I don't know any person by that name,it could mean that the driver gave my parcel to the wrong person I dont know what happened, tfg said I must contact RAM because they handed my parcel to them, I tried calling but I don't get assisted
