Item not being delivered.

My package arrived at the dispatch hub since 28 November, it went out for delivery on the 2nd of December but no one showed up, I was at home the whole day. Then on update it showed "no one at home". I try to call the client service and use whatsupp, but nothing works. No replies, no communication, phone just hangs up. There is no attempt to deliver the package to the customer
