ITEM BOOKED FOR REPAIR LOST

Extremely irate regarding the collection of my USB modem from RAM courier services. I needed it to be collected and sent to Cell's repair centre. It has now been 3 weeks and CellC repair centre have never received anything. CellC are now in the process of tracking it down. As the courier company, from the customers perception does it not seem as if it may have been ******?? Then today (09/02/2016), after initial collection by RAM courier services 3weeks ago, they pop at at my work place, saying they are there to collect an item from me. I would not recommend anybody to make use of RAM courier services. They are terrible and unreliable. I had one incident when I was expecting an urgent delivery and they entered the building, never contacted me to find out which dept. I work in as to deliver the package, instead they just left!<br> PATHETIC...<br>
