It seems RAM wants to "lose" my parcel by not delivering despite multiple promises to log it for delivery

I think RAM is trying to ***** my parcel. I got a call from a driver on Saturday that they had my parcel to deliver and I told him I wasn't home. I hadn't received an sms or any kind of notification that my parcel would be delivered that day. I got another call later from a male agent who asked me when I would be home and I told him Monday- I spent the entire Monday waiting no delivery. I called them and they said it was never logged for a deliver by a female agent. She "logged' it for delivery and told me to call this morning which didn't make sense because why did I have to if she logged it. I called and spoke with Noluthando who said it was logged for delivery, imagine my shock. 3 agents later- no dice. She said she would tell the Operations team to log it for delivery today because I want my parcel today. The next thing they will be telling me it's lost when one of them has ****** my luxury item. I want my parcel today, stop playing games
