IS RAM HAND TO HAND COURIERS LEGIT ??

what useless couriers, so I ordered a parcel from rain, last week 22nd December, so rain use this ram service for thier deliveries, I am not sure how they choose service. so I received an SMS to track the parcel, track it and phone the consultant said Monday, Monday 28 at 7 am someone phoned me that the parcel will be delivered within an hour, I then postponed all my appointment, later after 7 hours , I still haven't received anything and no called mind you,I cleared my day to be home so that I can receive this parcel, no one can receive it on my behalf. i then called spoke to sphiwe who told me the parcel is in the warehouse, shockingly i asked sphiwe what is happening, he told me a long story, I requested to speak with a manager, he put me through to another line and not the manager, which was picked up by mpumi , who told me sphiwe is just a trainee and has no idea how the system work, i then explained my story again, I was told there was an internal error, the person who called me at 7 am as a driver, however, all the drivers have left warehouse but my parcel is still at the warehouse, through all of this suddenly there is no assurity in when can I get my parcel because there is an internal error, before I know it they hand the phone to Jason apparently he is the manager, he then asked me to give my number he will with a solution at 3 pM...Jason did not call, when I call their consultant who refused to give me his name says there is no one by name of Jason. @Rain is there no reliable and convenient courier you can use ??
