My delivery was to arrive before 5pm and not on a weekend since it states mon-fri delivery. My work address was entered in, and the driver decided to deliver my parcel at 6pm on a Saturday.
They gave my parcel to a *** that is not me or anyone I know, especially as work was closed. So what, the driver decided to give it to a random person on the street?
This is unacceptable. I'm officially done shopping with Bash due to them using Ram for delivery as it's pointless. Why are drivers not calling me, and why are they giving my parcel to some random person
