Irresponsible with valuable items
When you are told you have to sign and only you can you wait patiently. You are told we've asked by 12 and they will call you 30min prior. You wait. No RAM leaves valuable packages at the security gate with no call 2 and a half hours later. Thank you for letting us miss our child's last match!!!!!!!
