Irate Inconvenience.

So, your drivers and staff are literally a few chicken nuggets short of a Happy Meal. I have been waiting for a considerable amount of time (Over a week) for my package to be delivered. I honestly have NO idea how your business is operational with such atrocious service. I get an SMS EVERY MORNING to say my package is out for delivery, yet every day they cannot deliver. EVERYONE IS USELESS! I really hope you can offer me a solution and fast. Can I collect the parcel from the office?
