Worst service ever
My package was delivered to RAM on the 5th of February 2019, i received an email and an sms to confirm that it would be delivered yesterday, however this did not happen.
I had to contact RAM today 4 times, I was put on hold and did not receive any assistance.
I have received confirmation again today stating that i would receive my package, still seem to be waiting for this...
Very disappointed with this unprofessional service, customers should be notified if their package is not going to be delivered on the day stated.

Till this day i have not received my package further to that no has contacted me as to why this was not done.
