*****ing our orders

RAM is the pits of couriers in SA, had an order from the end of April and delivery was scheduled for the 1st of May which was last week Friday but they **** and said no contact details and invalid address, no contact details yet you Whatsapping me that I'm not reachable? The shipment was then re-scheduled for the 6th of May in the morning, waited whole day till I had to call customer care around half past 5 and prompted them to have the driver call me because my order had been dispatched, 5 minutes later the driver calls to tell me they dont think they'll be able to deliver my parcel due to my area they dont deliver around these times I must wait till tomorrow so he wont be coming, so if I didnt call customer care he wouldnt have called and the audacity to tell me his working and I'm disturbing him WOW!!!! When is RAM closing vele?? At this point I'm lost for words or even any action because they have my parcel and theres nothing I can do
