Infuriating

I have been more than patient, tried to enquire and eventually complained. I'm lost for words, no communication or atleast status change. I placed my order on the 27th it's been packed since Friday and hasn't went out for delivery since and no one feels the need to reach out.

Good day I am still not satisfied, still no communication about when my delivery will come through. I need that phone currently using my daughter's phone I can't wait around everyday for over a week on a delivery. I want that phone today as I must attend something serious tomorrow's. How inconvenient ? I'm highly dissatisfied, this is so not on!

Took my time again called this useless company waited 25 Minto speak to an qgent when I do get the agent she is unable to communicate proffessionally she (Lebogabg tells me the order never went out for delivery since the 27/11 then obviously hung up. Never trust RAM to assist with your business!

I'm not sure if this company still wants to operate, I just hope that the day you decide to deliver my package it will still be in good condition. I have lost all hope.
