Inefficient, Unresponsive and Disgusting

I have been trying to contact RAM for the past 48 hours with regards to the delivery of an order that was purchased via Dischem and my word, this has been the most excruciating experience to date. There is no response to their phone lines, no response on social media and no response on their online chat. You will die waiting for your parcel. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD USE THESE PEOPLE, EVER.
