Inefficient arrogance/ NEVER USE RAM

<p>I did an online courier request, the parcel was supposed to be collected on Tuesday 8 November 2016 at 17:00 at the latest, the parcel was not collected until 19:00, I understand that there are unforseen circumstances"traffic" but the ineffeciency and lack of communication is what makes me angry, the level of services and the tone of voice that you get addressed with is unacceptable, my advise is to NEVER use RAM and savr yourself #sorrynotsorry #failures </p>
