Inefficient and shocking service

Unacceptable service. Paid for the 24-48 hour courier service from Durban to Cape Town and package marked extremely urgent. Payment was made on the Friday and by the next Wednesday parcel was still not delivered after numerous phone calls and follow up. Supervisor could not say where the driver was or when delivery could be made. Never EVER use this inefficient company!
