Incredibly rude delivery guy

I was shocked by the incredibly rude delivery guy. He even went to extent of swearing at me. Yesterday, 07 December, I was called by him to check my whereabouts. I told him I was in another town roughly 5 km from my place. He said he can meet up with me there after he does his final delivery in another place. After he took longer than I expected I called him to check how far he was and he said he is busy and was still on his way there to the final delivery he was doing. I told him I am going back to my place so he can come since he will still pass there when he came back. This is when he told me that I should go wait for him on the road or otherwise forget about getting my delivery. He said he won't deal with one delivery more than once. I asked him why he was giving me that attitude because he did not go to my house in the first place so it won't be dealing with one delivery more than once. He lost and made it clear that even though my place is actually on his way back he is not going to entertain me,and proceeded to swear at me. I don't get why vodacom is using a company with such shoddy service.
