Incredible service from Aimee at RAM couriers

Hallo, I had difficulty with my RAM delivery, not because of RAM, but because of the supplier from which I have ordered, since they have entered my address from 3 orders incorrectly. I phoned RAM this morning and spoke to Aimee. She gave me incredible service! She changed my address and said my orders will probably be delivered in 2 days’ time, because of the address change and not today as planned, however she managed to change my address on all 3 parcels super quick, she phone the hub to make sure where my orders are she phoned me back, telling me that I will indeed receive all 3 today as initially planned and I received all three my orders before 11:45 today. Aimee is amazing, she even followed up to make sure I did indeed receive my orders. I am a very happy customer and very impressed with Aimee.
