Incorrect order recieved

I ordered with bash, Ram delivered and incorrect package when I called them the same to day to collect they promised to come the following dae they never pitched, their customer care department is the worst selwyn, Rethabile and Flora those are the consultants that I requested assisted from them, their service is the worst they end chats while with no assistance.. It's been over 2weeks my matter hasn't been resolved.. Since the 05th December 2025
