incorrect delivery address

I have a parcel from Vodacom and yesterday I was called 3 times after , I myself called Ram to correct the address as its incorrect , today the driver called me to say he is coming to deliver as promised yesterday only to findout the address is wrong still and he calls now to say he will deliver on Tuesday while i wont be in the office whats the point of getting 20 calls but still getting the address wrong but on the website shows it was corrected very upset
