Incomplete delivery

I have bought 2 items from Steve Madden and only 1 was delivered, To date both RAM and Steve Madden email addresses are bouncing back and therefore to response. The RAM whatsapp line is totally useless they must just cancel it because there zero support given on that platform.

Now I don't even know how else I'm going to resolve the this matter because I still don't have my parcel.
