***********. Useless. Unreliable. Was supposed to have received my package (Waybill no. OANI01- ********** 5) at the beginning of the week i.e. 27-28th February 2019, but dololo package! I called them on 31/01/2019, they said they had a different cell number. Provided them with the correct one. They promised to deliver on Friday, 01/02/2019, before 5pm, still no package even now (20:36pm)! All this time their online tracking facility showed all these funny stories but alas, on Friday around 7pm when I punched in my waybill number, it just says "Non-delivery"!! Reason: NONE PROVIDED... though it was clearly stated that the package was dispatched around 8am that day for delivery, even their online chat portal confirmed this. The evening of Friday 01/02/2019, the presumed day of delivery, I called their "customer service number after the non-delivery... held for over 30min but finally hung up as there was no answering! ? @RAM Hand-To-Hand Couriers are a useless bunch of unreliable *********** €*@$!!

Good day my sincere apologies this is not acceptable and this matter will be taken further and staff will be disciplined accordingly, I have requested that the manager contact you this morning to ensure successful delivery today.
