Mr Graeme Lazarus, Rams is absolutely the worst company to do business with. We will not ever under any circumstances receive any deliveries or collection from your company ever again. According to your driver and dispatcher it is my fault when they pitch up at my business without notifying me, that they are here to collect a parcel. Your dispatcher called me after the driver had left and made a conference call. In this call they where arguing, the driver insisting he will not return and the dispatcher forcing him to return. Had to return to meet the driver in 10 minutes. I waited 5 hours and still he didn't return. Eventually I had a big fight with another dispatcher who insisted I wait for this driver again the next day or till what every time he arrives the same afternoon. I eventually ended up putting the phone down on her because she wouldn't take no for an answer. I had to return a 3rd time to accomodate your *********** unprofessional staff to collect the sureswipe terminal.
