This is my second review about ram couriers. the first delivery date they could not find my address. then i sent them the exact street name a screenshot with a google maps location. they still were *********** to find the address so i had to put in a days leave to try and get the package. today is the day i took off to wait for the package. after about 11 calls to make sure the parcel will be derived the driver calls me to tell me that they accidentally put my parcel in the wrong van. i mean this is just useless and ***********. obviously their system is letting them down
