After sending my phone to be repaired RAM couriers was asked to deliver it to me at work, on Wednesday the 20th March I called them to check the delivery status and I was told that my phone was delivered the previous day and Hassim took delivery of my phone so I now must find that person and get my phone as it was delivered to my work address. I went looking for the person with no luck, so I called again to understand what is the way forward for me to get my phone, I was advised that they will go fetch the phone from Hassim and bring it to me. With all that is happening I’m being inconvenienced and as we all know that crime in SA is very high, there is someone having my phone and using that phone might be risky for my personal information as the person can easily hack my phone. He is exposed to my IME number and everything that I did not delete from that phone. The question will be if I encounter problems can I hold the courier liable?
