Ram was supposed to deliver a parcel to me today I have them all the needed information. When I called they told me that they cannot deliver as I haven’t given them a proper address. The lady named Kutlwano Nthama said I must send proof of address via email and I did that. She then said it’s incorrect, and therefore my parcel cannot be sent out.This is impossible because I send PRoof of address of rate statements. I waited all day for them and misssed important meetings. This is truly disappointing

27 May 2022, 10:27If you look at the statement properly it has PO BOX top left and in the middle it has the physical address. I need the parcel delivered to 90 Outeniqua street Matsafeni estate which is also my property rented out by students who need to use that router.Please forward an email where I can send you the proof of residence
