Placed an order on the 8th of November stating I'll only be available on Friday 12th November delivery guys pitched up 2 days early saying they didn't check the delivery slip. Tried calling them for a update on Friday as I was at home they stated that they're not in the area. Fast forward 15th November package is back with supplier due to failed delivery attempt.
Please explain how it's a failed delivery attempt when you only been to my house once and that was on the wrong day.
