*********** for a courier company

This company was supposed to deliver my parcel two weeks ago. Since then I have been called a zillion times to confirm my address. All these times I did and the parcel never gets delivered without even a courtesy call to alert me. The last straw that broke the camel’s neck it’s when I called their call CENTRE only to be told they had tried to deliver but I did not have an ID. This was a lie, the agent called the driver after that the story changed to not finding my address. To my greatest disappointment is the lack of remorse I was shown. I asked the company that sent the parcel to call it back so that I can go and collect it at their walk in CENTRE. This is such a disappointment,let alone that at some stage they **** and said they were told to collect my bank statement as part of RICA which I refused and later on was proved to be a lie.
